Susan has spent more than 20 years coding and working as a health information management consultant through Contemporary Consultants Company.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in health information management and master’s degree in post-secondary education, Susan’s companies have served hospitals, nursing homes, community care centers, outpatient clinics, software companies, accounting firms, and other organizations connected to coding, medical record documentation, and compliance.
DocuCoders grew from that consulting experience to provide remote coding services that are professional, certified, reliable, efficient, and cost effective.
